Acupressure during childbirth is a natural way to reduce pain when

utilized correctly.

In this workshop, Dimity a registered acupuncturist,

will teach you ‘’hands on’ the acupressure points and exactly where,

how and when to press them, based on your body!

Acupressure is all about feel and needs to be taught in person by someone who knows

these points inside out. This workshop is for you and your partner, to

have both of you leave the workshop feeling informed and

completely ready to use acupressure during your birth without

hesitation.

Not only will we cover acupressure to naturally reduce

pain but also for birth preparation and to assist your birth.
